He is a very quiet man...he prefers to linger in spaces others occupy without engaging with them directly; he lets his melodies converse for him. When I brought Physis to the ship, he took to her right away...and for the remaining time I knew him, he stayed with her, playing his lyre while she read our futures.
I think music would be hard to create, in my case. It was never in my heart the way it was Alfred's, or even yours... I wonder if it is possible to learn at such a time.
Quiet people can still be surprisingly creative. Artists often act out of the norm, too. That was sweet of him, that he and Physis bonded. Sometimes it's a matter of finding the right person, someone you feel comfortable with.
[ He means that platonically too, of course. ]
It's never too late to learn anything, Blue. There are all sorts of music to try, and enjoy. Some find it cathartic to be loud, others find peace in calm rhythms.
I wouldn't mind at all. The piano is one of the easiest instruments to learn and you can practice sitting down. I'm no musician myself but once you memorize the notes the possibilities are endless.
I don't know if we have a piano in the station, maybe Newt has a keyboard. Or we could use the simulation room.
!!!
Ah, that's so nice and relaxing. Thank you, Blue. I love it.
Did you play any instrument back in your world?
c:
The music I remember was played most by a Mu named Alfred.

That's nice. Music is a way to express your soul. What was he like?
