He gave a shrug, leaning casually against the doorway with one shoulder, arms folded loosely across his chest, "And I'm quite the deterrent to bounty hunters and kidnappers."

One brow lifted, "And you're our captain, are you not? Of course we worry." It was hard to say if he knew that Peter had meant him personally and not the whole group, but he wasn't going to say either way because he still wasn't sure what Peter's feelings were on the matter. Eventually it would get to the point where he'd have to ask, but he was patient enough that he knew that moment was a long way off still.

There was an edge to the question, a bare quirk to Thor's expression that turned the question of Peter being their captain into something of a tease, but not enough of one to be sure just what part he was teasing about.
